Terms and risks
Tokens are not backed by items
Tokens on ItemFi are not backed by, and cannot be redeemed for, the item they are paired with. The item only sets the opening price.
Pairing a token with an item sets its opening price from the item's reference price and lets us compare the two afterwards. It does not give you the item, a share in it, or any claim on it. After launch the token's price is set only by people buying and selling it, and it can fall to zero.
Reference prices
Item prices are reference figures from the source and date shown next to each item. They can be out of date or wrong, and they are not an offer to buy or sell the item.
People
Some items are well-known people. None of them is affiliated with ItemFi or has endorsed it, and none has anything to do with tokens paired with their name. The figure beside a person is a rough public estimate of their net worth, or a made-up value, used only to set a token's opening price. It is not a claim about what anyone is worth.
No rewards are promised
Nothing on ItemFi is a promise of a token, airdrop, payment or any other reward, now or later. Do not launch, trade or spend money here expecting one.
ItemFi is in beta
ItemFi is in beta. It is still being built and tested, so features can change, break or be reset without notice.
ItemFi runs on Solana mainnet. Launches and trades use real SOL.
You can lose everything you put in
Tokens launched on ItemFi are memecoins. Their prices move fast and most go to zero. A sale can fetch far less than the price shown when a holding is large compared with the pool. Transactions on Solana cannot be undone, by you or by ItemFi.
Nothing here is advice
ItemFi provides tools and information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Listings, rankings, badges, flips, the item of the day and comments are not recommendations or endorsements.
Your wallet, your responsibility
ItemFi never holds your tokens or your SOL and never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Every launch and trade is a transaction you approve in your own wallet; read what it asks before you approve. You are responsible for whether using ItemFi is lawful where you live.
Fees
Each trade on a bonding curve pays 0.75% to ItemFi and 0.25% to Raydium. Launching costs the Solana network fee only. The current terms are set out in the Docs.
Software and services can fail
ItemFi relies on Raydium's programs, the Solana network and outside price feeds, none of which it controls. Prices, charts and lists can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The numbers in your wallet are the ones that count.
What people post
Token names, pictures, descriptions, comments and suggested items come from users. They are the responsibility of whoever posted them, and ItemFi may hide any of them.
